My vision for Wild Poppy is to bring knowledge, kindness, & services to help others reach a healthier self through bodywork & Herbal support. Spreading knowledge is powerful & furthers our understanding in ways we can help ourselves take control of our own health. allowing us to grow, heal, support & live happier/ healthier lives. Assisting people in this journey is exactly why I started Wild Poppy.
Hello & welcome! My name is Brandi Lauer & I am the owner of Wild Poppy Apothecary and Massage & a licensed massage therapist. I have been practicing massage therapy for 14 years. I have successfully ran my own practice for over 10 years, & have also had the privilege to work closely with several different healthcare professionals. One of my biggest passions is providing personalized treatments to assist you in whatever ailments you may have & teaching you ways to help maintain a healthier self. There is open communication before, during and after all treatments to assure that you are getting exactly what you may need. I love taking new classes & learning new techniques to assist people in their pursuit of a healthier self. I am currently specialized in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Accupressure, Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy, & Pre-Natal Massage.

I am also a certified herbalist. I love creating herbal products and providing information & knowledge to people so that they may have more control over their own health. I enjoy learning about new plants, how we can use them, harvest them and/or grow them.

In my spare time I enjoy being with my family; I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter, & our three sweet pups! We can be found hiking, foraging, fishing, or paddling. I also love gardening & cooking!!
